This Privacy Policy explains how Saber IQ LLC ("Saber IQ", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Grow Business IQ Marketing OS platform available at growbusinessiq.com (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, password hash, authentication provider.
• Business profile: company name, brand, industry, audience, goals, and content you submit.
• Connected platform data: tokens, page IDs, insights, posts, comments, and messages you authorize us to access.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, actions taken.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider; we store only limited identifiers.

3. OAuth Permissions & Connected Platforms

When you connect a third-party account, we request the minimum scopes required to deliver the feature. You may revoke access at any time from the source platform or from your Saber IQ settings.

• Facebook Login & Facebook Pages: we request Page management, publishing, insights, and metadata scopes to publish approved content, read analytics, and maintain your Page profile.
• Instagram Login (Instagram Business): we request Instagram Business management, content publishing, insights, and messaging scopes tied to a connected Facebook Page.
• Google Login: we request basic profile and email for authentication.
• LinkedIn Login: we request profile, email, and (when connected) organization posting scopes.
• TikTok: we request profile, video list, and content posting scopes.
• YouTube: we request channel, video upload, and analytics scopes.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and privacy friendly analytics to measure aggregate usage. We do not sell your data or use it for cross-site advertising.

5. AI Processing

We use large language and image models to generate brand assets, campaigns, visuals, and recommendations. Business context you submit may be sent to model providers under contractual obligations that prohibit training on your data. We store AI outputs and the prompts required to reproduce them in your workspace.

6. Secure, Encrypted Storage

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using AES-256 by our infrastructure provider. Access tokens for connected platforms are stored in an isolated secrets store and never exposed to the browser.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Use the Data Deletion page for step-by-step instructions or email privacy@growbusinessiq.com. We honor GDPR, CCPA, and applicable state privacy laws.

8. Data Retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, we permanently remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
