Data Deletion Instructions

You may delete your Saber IQ data at any time. This page explains exactly what gets removed and how to request it. Deletions are permanent and complete within 30 days.

Option 1 — Self-service (recommended)

1. Sign in at growbusinessiq.com.
2. Open Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your email address to trigger deletion.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email from the address associated with your account to privacy@growbusinessiq.com with the subject line "Delete My Data". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Account: profile, credentials, sessions, roles, and settings.
• Connected social accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube tokens are revoked and removed from our vault. Content already published on those platforms is not removed by us — you can delete it directly from the platform.
• Marketing history: campaigns, briefs, tasks, generated posts, visuals, videos, and commercial projects.
• AI Marketing Memory™: stored insights, signals, briefs, approvals, and orchestrator context.
• Analytics: platform insights we imported, performance metrics, and business health scores.

Facebook / Instagram Users

You can also revoke Saber IQ's access directly from Facebook: open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, select Saber IQ Marketing OS, and click Remove. Then email us to confirm you want the associated data purged from our systems.

Backups & Legal Holds

Encrypted backups are rotated within 30 days. Where U.S. law requires us to retain limited billing or fraud-prevention records, we will state so in our confirmation email.
